Scripps Ranch Troop 301

Yosemite Trek/Day Hikes- 2014

The week was made wonderful by the “can-do” attitude of this Crew who had fires, smoke, rain, thunderstorms, and cold to deal with as they hiked over 50 miles in the High Country of Tuolumne Meadows/Yosemite National Park.

Huge thanks to the adults who made this trip possible:  Mr. Hanson, Mr. Bosworth, Mr. Holland, Mr. Killam, and Mr. Kuperstein!
We would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Bryon. As usual he helped make this an unforgettable experience for the scouts and the adults

This pizza traveled almost 500 miles (from Lee Vining to Tuolumne Meadows to the San Diego Troop Meeting), before it was finally finished .
A wonderful meal to celebrate over 50 miles of hiking!
Mountain House dehydrated food does not make ribs like these!
