It is hard to say what will happen with Yosemite since the fires are still going on. We are hopeful that things will be ok. The fires are far from our hiking trails, but there is strong possibility of a LOT of smoke. We need to be careful when mixing 9000 feet elevation, smoke, and exertion. We can consider doing a trip to the Laguna Mountains if the fires and smoke remain. We shall see.
