Hi Troop 301!!!!!
**I want  to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to all who helped  with the Basketball Belt Loop
this year.  This   was a most incredible year! Both Scouts and Scouters were wonderful!
**We  were  in “Belt Loop Alley,”  and as you may have heard, we are the ONLY Boy Scout Troop in the entire Council  to have a perfect record for helping the Cubs . . five out of five years!
**So many parents came up to me to compliment our Scouts. Â These folks are the ones seeing all the other
booths, so they know . . .they thought you were all excellent and caring. Â They were so impressed!
**I personally love having the Troop  doing the Belt Loop, as although it is  one of the least technical booths in the entire Scout Fair, it is the one that likely  requires   the greatest leadership by the Scouts.  What a great opportunity for leadership and service.
**Finally, we got a great “Thank you” for a wonderful Scouter, Mr. Mike Jones of Pack 616/Scripps Ranch:
<<Bryon,
I’d like to thank your troop members for coming over to help take down the Pack 616 booth/awning, so please pass on the thanks. It came down in about 5 minutes!
Mike>>
**So cowabunga, Troop 301! Â Raise up your hand, bend your arm, and give yourself a pat on the back. Â You each deserve it. Â
**See you all Wednesday, April 20,  7 PM Troop Meeting at  the  SR Rec Center off of Blue Cypress/across from the gym.  We have the MPR Room!!!
