Personal Fitness This Week

This week at the troop meeting the following signed in for the Personal Fitness MB. Let us know if your name is missing from the sign up sheet.

Everybody got to stretch, run, measure, pull, sit and push. During the run it seems like the times were faster.

If you missed the meeting, let the MB counselors know if you need to make something up and we will make arrangements to meet with you.

Mr Stachwick signed off a few blue cards for requirement #3 and #9 for those that forgot last time. If you still need one of these signed off please bring your blue card to the next meeting where we do PF testing.

Remember to be tracking your physical activity in the work sheets on a weekly basis. You can count organized sports like Soccer and Baseball and also PE at school. If you warm up or cool down during those activities break it down in your worksheet. Units can be a close approximation based on your best recollection. If you need help let us know, we can look at it and compare with what others have been doing to give you some ideas.
