We had a great time shooting rifle, shotgun  and archery at Lost Valley.  Many of the boys earned merit badges.   We stayed in nice warm cabins, and had hot meals made by the Lost Valley staff.  Â

Troop 301 learns about the amazing Challenged Athletes Foundationand super fun wheelchair basketball on the way towards Disability Awareness Merit Badge with Paralympian Samuel Nehemiah. Over 600 pounds of food collected today  by Troop 301.  It was donated to the Salvation Army-Citadel and San Diego Food Bank.

This training is for scouting adults who wish to lead high adventure activities for older boys. Scouts and scouters from Troop 301 provided most of the support for the 2012 Scripps-Mesa Tiger Safari. This is a day of activities young Tiger cub scouts and their adult partners share together. This event was a woodbadge ticket for Troop 301’s Mrs. Paula Trubitt. Good job Paula!!
