At the end of the last troop meeting a SR Community Center I found a pant leg in the parking lot. No actual leg was in it, but if you need the pant part back let me know. It is on the chair on my front porch, if you want to just come by and pick it up. I will toss it in a week or so, if it goes unclaimed.
